Pendant of Australian Boulder Opal in Matrix and 92.5 Sterling Silver
This asymmetric and organic Opal stone has been set into a custom made Sterling Silver 'nest', with 6 prongs holding it in place. The nest has been made by ancient lost wax casting technique, meaning it was first carved from wax and then cast in Sterling Silver. The setting has been only roughly polished to preserve the organic nature of the pendant.
Size of this chunky Australian Opal in matrix is about 4,2 x 2,1 (middle) cm, thickness about 7 mm.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns
If for some reason you would not be satisfied with the item you received and would like to return it, it is possible.
Please contact us within 3 days from delivery date and indicate that you want to return your purchase. We will then let your know if the return is accepted and provide you with the return address.
Return the item well packed in original packaging within 7 days from delivery date.
If the item is in good order, unused and unworn, we will refund the item price. The return postage you pay to return the item is not refundable.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
Items returned without first contacting us will not be refunded.
We will not issue a refund if the item got damaged during return transport due to wrong or insufficient packaging.
Custom made, personalised, resized, sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
